Shipping

Your item will be shipped between two and seven days from when it was ordered. Items are shipped via DHL or UPS ground and can take up to 21 days to arrive depending on your location. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box and some of our products cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock as products tend to sell quickly. Even if an item you choose is not available, we hope that you will continue to check back with us for other items and continue to shop with us.

Return Policy

Because our supply fluctuates, items may not always be in stock. Because of this, shipping address and quantities cannot be changed and orders cannot be canceled. Items may be returned within 20 days after the order is placed and must be sent in the same condition and packaging in which it was recieved. Please allow 14 days to process returns. Customers may be required to pay a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Privacy

BagsTotesandBeyond.com does not sell or distribute customer information to outside parties. We may collect from users an i.p. address and/or browser information in order to distribute updates on our site to customers. We do not distribute this information.

When placing an order, customers' address, credit/debit numbers, and other contact information needed to process orders is protected by a secure server with encrypted technology and is for our use only.
